These are the terms you buy under when you order from ommani.co.uk. Ordering means you accept them.

Who you are buying from

OMMANI LTD (company number 16578295), registered at Bois Mill, Latimer Road, Chesham, Buckinghamshire HP5 1TP is the seller. Contact hello@ommani.co.uk.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email to confirm it. Every bracelet is made to order, so allow 1–2 working days before dispatch. If we cannot fulfil an order we will tell you and refund you in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. Delivery is charged as set out on the shipping page. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify.

Cancelling and returning

You have 30 days from delivery to return a bracelet that is unworn and in its original packaging. Tailored bracelets, made to your own measurement, cannot be returned unless faulty. Full detail is on the returns page.

Our products

Gemstones are natural, so colour and pattern vary between pieces and from the photographs. That variation is not a fault.

Anything we say about what a stone is traditionally associated with is offered as meaning, not as a claim about health or outcomes. Our bracelets are jewellery. They are not medical devices and are not a substitute for professional advice.

Liability

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the price of the order.

Nothing here affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in its courts.
