Returns

If a bracelet is not right, you have 30 days from delivery to send it back.

What we can accept

• The bracelet must be unworn and in its original packaging.
• Return postage is at your own cost unless the item is faulty.
• We cover postage one way on exchanges.
• Tailored bracelets, made to your own measurement, cannot be returned unless faulty.

How to start a return

1. Email hello@ommani.co.uk with your order number and what you would like to do.
2. We will reply with the return address and confirm next steps.
3. Send the bracelet back in its original packaging, using a tracked service — until it reaches us it remains your responsibility.
4. Once it arrives we will inspect it and refund to your original payment method within 5 working days.

Faulty or damaged

If something arrives faulty or damaged, email us within 30 days with a photograph. We will repair it, replace it or refund you in full, and we cover the postage both ways.

Resizing

Beads can be added or removed to adjust the fit. Email us rather than returning the bracelet — it is usually quicker and keeps the piece you chose.
