Small fits most women (a 15–17cm wrist) and Medium fits most men (18–20cm). If you are between sizes, size up — a bracelet that sits a little loose is far more comfortable than one that pulls.

To measure, wrap a strip of paper around your wrist where you would wear the bracelet, mark where it meets and hold it against a ruler.

Not exactly, and that is the point. Every stone is natural, so colour, banding and depth vary from bead to bead. Your bracelet will be recognisably the stone you chose, but no two are identical.

Keep it away from perfume, hand cream and chlorine, and take it off before swimming or showering. Wipe the beads with a soft dry cloth. Stored away from direct sunlight, it will keep its colour for years.

Each bracelet is made to order, so allow 1–2 working days before dispatch. UK standard delivery then takes 3–5 working days, express 1–2. Full detail is on the shipping page.

Yes — 30 days from delivery, provided it is unworn and in its original packaging. Tailored bracelets, made to your own measurement, cannot be returned unless faulty. See returns for how to start one.

Every bracelet arrives in an OMMANI box suitable for giving, with no prices on the packing slip. If it is a gift, tell us at checkout and we will make sure of it.

Genuine semi-precious gemstone beads, 6mm as standard, on a durable elasticated cord, finished with a sterling silver clasp where the design calls for one. Nothing is dyed or reconstituted.

We do not hold finished stock. When your order arrives, your bracelet is strung by hand in our Hatton Garden workshop to the size you chose. That is why it takes 1–2 working days before dispatch — and why a tailored fit is possible at all.
